The hotel is under renovation so we actually got a brand new bed and updated room which was nice; the downside is the indoor pool was closed which is a big reason we booked here. The free breakfast was your usually continental breakfast and seemed clean. The staff was wonderful.

Our stay started off rocky due to our room not being ready when we arrived. Check-in was said to be at 3 and we werent able to check-in until after 430. Nowhere was it mentioned that they were under remodel. The pool and fitness center were closed and that was not stated anywhere. The outlets in the room were missing the faceplate covers, at one point we were completely without water due to them shutting it off and we werent notified. The breakfast was lackluster, there was a dip/hole in the floor under the carpet when exiting the elevator.

Black widows in our hotel room, pool, hot tub and fitness center not in service. Razor blades on the side walk, nails all over the “dog area”. Hotel is under renovation but you can definitely tell it wasn’t cleaned or maintained well. Communication from the check in person regarding pet fees. I paid online in full, out a card down then after I check in was told there is a fee. Save yourself thr trauma and spend more money for something decent.

Place should be closed while they remodel. Strong painting glue smell in the hallways. Rooms are not fully furnished. Surroundings are awful. Trash cans overloaded for days without being emptied. Horrible breakfast. No doggie areas, the one is with construct materials, broken glasses, etc. A fire alarm is beeping constantly. Everyone has to be on the 3rd floor. (Horror! having to go down with doggies for potty) very disappointed ☹️ Last time I stayed yrs ago it was a 5 stars experience. Never again.
