這次住了2晚，餐廳的部分真的很棒，不管是菜色或味道，另外這次住寵物房，飯店還有提供寵物食品和用品，真的很貼心，服務真的很棒。 美中不足的是因為疫情有些設施不開放，例如三溫暖等，一直都待在飯店，設施都玩過好幾輪反而有點無聊，建議可以利用週邊景點來個腳踏車導覧。

ㄧ點點的美中不足

瑞穗溫泉的五星級飯店，來拜訪客戶，順便安排兩天的親子四人房型住宿行程，飯店服務非常的好，裝潢的設備及整體環境很像到了外國城堡景點，天氣非常好，美中不足的也許是疫情的關係，兩個晚餐和早餐的菜色都沒有太大的變化，所以若是有機會再來入住，希望飯店的餐飲部份可以再多變化，或是特色料理。

整體住宿體驗不錯，只是價格略高

住宿體驗不錯，環境也很好，幾點小缺點：check in花費時間太久，很多設施都有營業時間但是沒有紙本或電子的介紹，導致都要用記憶的，另外這麼貴的飯店但是11點check out也是硬傷。

希望寵物友善部分再調整

這次入住的是親子寵物房，住宿環境很好，只是在餐廳用餐時，寵物規定要放在大廳的櫃台，而且住房前的說明，並沒有寫"必須"(不是放在餐廳的櫃台;而且在城堡區時，還被放在一間無人的房間裡，這樣不是沒有人在看管嗎?讓人不放心)。如果飯店有設計寵物可進房入住，就應該要安排主人用餐時，也可將寵物放入提袋或提籠，放在主人旁邊，我們為什麼會選擇"寵物進房的房型"?目的就是希望可以都在一起。我們也入住過其他有接受寵物進房入住的飯店，會安排有攜帶寵物住客的用餐區。希望飯店可以針對此點作適當的調整，才不會讓客人覺得因此被排擠。

住宿環境不錯，早餐也菜色不錯，但以五星級飯店來說，一泊二食的自助晚餐就遜了...海鮮(烤魚、炒蝦、炒蜆)都不太新鮮！肉類選擇也稍嫌不多...水果(西瓜、哈密瓜、芭樂)大多不甜... 每晚一萬元以上一泊二食的優惠價位，本以為住客都有一定水平，但不知為何住宿三天兩夜期間~團客很多，且水準不高，用餐時間都像市場般嘈雜，而散客需要排隊入餐廳，團客只要吆喝一聲，可以全部一起直接入場、並坐在餐檯主菜附近的位置 。 正值防疫期間，但取餐時並未要求戴口罩，有些大人小孩一邊咳嗽一邊趴趴走取餐，令人十分擔心！ 希望飯店在薄利多銷的同時，也要注意兼顧星級水準，以免對注重品質的住客產生排擠效應！
