Property was solid for a layover with plenty of room for a trailer. Staircase was a bit dangerous & the room was 83° at check in in the middle of the night.

My family has always stayed, at least once a year at the Star City Inn and Suites. Last year, there was no swimming pool, which was a disappointment, but, understandable. Unfortunately, this year, our stay was worse. Our check in was great, the young lady at the counter was very friendly. Upon booking the room through Expedia, I listed my children's ages appropriately and disclosed no pets. At check-in, I confirmed ages and no pets. It was the room, oh, the room. I understand, it's Arkansas, it's summer, there's bugs, but, this was a bit much. There were crickets all over the room, in the sink, the toilet, the bathtub. Dead crickets, live crickets, crickets that were on their way to death. There was a centipede near a water damage spot on the wall, close to the floor. My husband and I went across

Well they took our towels the first morning a never brought any back the room did not look like the pics it was ran down the. Guy asked us the first morning if we were checking out we had to tell him no it was not as good as I thought it would be from the pics

Reasonable Rates

Our room was clean and roomy. The mattress was comfortable. The only thing I saw was a water bug. .only one..there could have been more, but we only saw the one and it darted under a baseboard in the bathroom before I could kill it, so it wouldn't hurt for them to spray around the baseboards.

bedbugs in the motel from hell

i didnt stay i went in my room saw the bedbug crawling up the mattress and backed out. they tried to put me in a room below on first floor. im out i need a full refund on the motel from hell

It wasn’t the best hotel, but good enough for a quick stop to sleep. The hotel overall looks less appealing in person and the bathroom looked like it had been surface cleaned, but not cleaned well in years.
