heat did not work all night and temperature was 62 and they tried to refund or discount but couldn't do it because reservation was done by expedia and they said you could do that. was cold and we are not feeling well and i may send you our doctor bi.

Rooms were disgusting, staff were horrible. Neigh Fields the lady at the front was rude and unwilling to do anything. When asked for a managers contact information she gave a fake number. There were human feces in the corner of the bathroom. NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!

I will never in life stay at this property again! Bathrooms were filthy and you smell the mold and mildew in the air. Even after changing rooms, bathrooms were still filthy. Housekeeping banged on our door thinking we were checked out. Isn’t there a list that tells them that.
