The hotel was being renovated, and I was not notified. Arrived in town and had to find another hotel. It was Grambling university homecoming, so it was not any hotels left!! I was very disappointed in hotel.com for not notifying me. Then I got a survey on about the hotel!!! WHAT HOTEL!!

This was a great stay for a weekend getaway from home. No complaints other than the elevator for the building sounded and felt like it was going to break while riding. There were also some small stains on the pillowcases and sheets, but nothing too bad. Overall great service and stay.
