The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
TRASH - Please ensure all garbage is placed in the large garbage bin located at the side of the large cabin. Take trash from BBQ Area and place in trash bins by large cabin.
DIRTY LINENS - Place all dirty towels in pile in bathroom and take sheets off beds and pile on floor in room. PLEASE leave comforters on bed for dry cleaning. - Wash dirty dishes.
AC - Turn AC to 83 in large cabin when you leave. Turn AC off in small cabin. Turn all fans off and shut all inside/outside lights off when you leave. - Lock all cabins and lock front gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking inside the cabins. No events. Check-out is at 11 AM. Check-in is at 3 PM. Please refrain from making noise past 11 PM.
Please remember to leave the property clean and undamaged. Don't forget to turn off the lights and lock all the cabins and front gate when you leave.
Please Conserve Water Our property runs on a private well, and during the hot, dry summer months, water can become limited. Check for burn ban.

Beautiful property!

Beautifully rustic property with more than ample space for entertaining. Large porch and outdoor area for grilling and preparing meals on the flat top made this experience great. Very private and nestled. Host was very responsive and friendly.
