The house is located on the top of a small hill within walking distance of the village of Sablet. The location is very peaceful and is in the heart of the rocky range of the Dentelles de Montmirail, very close to the famous vineyards of Gigondas. The view from the house is spectacular, overlooking the Dentelles and the beautiful villages of Sablet and Seguret. The house offers exceptional comfort with a very large living/dining room with panoramic view, four large bedrooms all en-suite and air-conditioning.
