Marvelous Midtown stay with a Modern Twist!

EntiÚrement rénové dans un ancien bùtiment des années 1890. Cuisine et salon à aire ouverte et finitions modernes. Livré avec un parking qui est difficile à trouver en ville! Sortez la porte d'entrée sans clé dans votre poche (assurez-vous de verrouiller la serrure numérique derriÚre vous). Promenez-vous dans les rues bordées d'arbres pour vous rendre dans un grand nombre de restaurants et de bars à proximité, et profitez de la superbe atmosphÚre de Midtown Sacramento. Ensuite, détendez-vous dans un café confortable ou dirigez-vous vers la riviÚre pour une belle course :)
L'espace:
Un appartement d'une chambre à coucher entiÚrement refait avec une superbe piÚce à vivre à aire ouverte. Lorsque vous ouvrez la porte d'entrée avec le clavier électronique, vous apercevez du salon, avec un joli bureau et un espace de travail, la cuisine moderne équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et de comptoirs en granit. Vous avez une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire, y compris café, thé et épices. La cuisiniÚre à gaz chauffe rapidement et il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour vos courses si vous décidez de manger à l'intérieur. La douche de la salle de bain a de trÚs hauts plafonds et la tuile de mosaïque est trÚs agréable sur les pieds :)

La chambre arriÚre a sa propre unité AC / Heat et dispose du lit Tempurpedic queen le plus confortable disponible! Dans la piÚce de devant, vous avez un canapé-lit gigogne de bonne taille pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire.

Property was clean, kitchen was missing some basics. Entry way is very tight. Parking space is so tight you cannot actually get out of your car when pulled fully in. Back door access was great for loading but being unable to lock it from the outside was annoying. This unit was selected as the unit with good accessibility- it was not. Steps to both entrances & very cramped parking meant it wouldn’t be able to accommodate a mobility aid. Once inside the unit was moderately accessible except for a tiny bathroom & a very tall bed. My wife was supposed to travel with me & at 5 feet tall with a mobility aid, they wouldn’t have been able to easily use the bathroom & probably couldn’t have gotten up onto the bed. The neighborhood is technically in midtown but isn’t that close to very many walkable restaurants or cafes. The alley access appears to be a usual hangout for some neighborhood people- maybe homeless, maybe just under employed. The host badgered me two days before my stay in the late evening for copies of my ID and photo, long after regular working hours to the point where I was concerned that they had been hacked. A call at 8:30 pm pacific time from a Tennessee phone number is not comforting to say the least. Since they could have waited until morning & still gotten me before my trip, it was unnecessary & annoying as well as causing me to think maybe it was fraudulent. Probably won’t stay in a property owned by this host in future.

Charming 1-Bedroom Gem in the Heart of Midtown Sacramento

Just returned from a one-night stay at this nicely renovated 1-bedroom apartment while in town for work meetings, dinner with my brother, and lunch with a longtime friend. I couldn't have been more pleased with my Midtown experience!The space has been thoughtfully updated with modern appliances and furniture while maintaining its charm. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals, though I didn't need to cook with so many fantastic restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The bedroom featured a comfortable mattress with hotel-quality linens that made for a restful night's sleep.Location is a standout feature here - perfectly situated in a walkable neighborhood. I enjoyed exploring the area and loved being able to walk to dinner (Zocalo Midtown) and morning coffee (Seasons, in the CLARA performing arts building) without needing a car.Check-in was seamless with clear instructions, and the host was responsive when I had a quick question. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival.Will definitely book again for future visits to the area! Perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking for a comfortable home base in a great part of the city.

Wonderful place

We love staying here when we visit! Place is decorated comfortably and very tasteful, location is excellent and for us our son and DIL live around the corner! The hosts are very nice and communicative. We sincerely recommend this VRBO..

Nice, clean place in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for 7 nights visiting family right here in Midtown, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean, well appointed, and the neighboring units were quiet for the most part. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, even though a couple of the adjacent houses are undergoing renovation and looked a bit rough. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Great job, we'll be back for sure!

Not a good location

The listing is very misleading. The location was not as advertised. Previous guest had problems of people breaking in. We contacted the host as soon as we got there and told him the dead bolt would not work on the door going from the bedroom to the ally. We were told not to use that door. The lot next to the property was vacant and bad shape. The other adjoining property looked like it was soon to be vacant. We ended up leaving the rental and booked a hotel which double our cost for lodging. Hoping the future guests do not have the same experience we had.

Perfect home for Sacramento stay

The apartment is comfortable, has a well supplied kitchen and I’d very convenient to the Midtown restaurants and B Street Theater. We walked everywhere except the River Cats game. My only complaint is he Smart TV does not work well. I attempted to stream from two apps which was frustrating and extremely slow. The TV would continuously buffer, split the screen into pieces such that it was almost impossible to watch. I contacted the management, but they simply didn’t care and offered no solution. I believe the TV or internet need an upgrade.

Highly Recommend - Great Price

Perfect short- term stay for anyone working from home , traveling in. The location was around everything you needed and overall matched everything as described on the listing. Plenty of parking available behind the building and along the street.

Charming apartment in Sacramento

We had a great time staying in this incredibly charming apartment downtown. It was the perfect size for the two of us and had all we needed for our four day stay. We were close enough to walk to the convention center each day, along with restaurants and nearby attractions. It was the perfect spot for our Sacramento home base.

Up to date and clean

The perfect place to stay close to a lot of great restaurants in Mid-town! I was attending a conference and it was an easy 20 minute walk to the conference center in the morning with restaurants to stop for breakfast along the way. Accommodations were modern and clean. I will book again when in Sacramention for work!

Excellent Location & Apartment

We extended our stay in Sacramento by 1 day, and moved into this apartment from an upstairs room in the same house. The downstairs apartment was perfect! The living space was layed out well, with a desk in the Living Room that came in quite handy for doing some work from home. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook from home. The location is PERFECT to walk anywhere you needed to go in the mid-town area. We are definately interested in renting this apartment again!

Fun and cute area.

This was a really cute apartment in Midtown. Midtown was such a cute area, and central to all the cool restaurants we wanted to try. The apartment also had dedicated parking, which was a huge plus.

Perfect spot near UC Davis Medical Center

Everything you need for a home base. We weren't there long enough to tap it all. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the fully equipped kitchenette, and the location, with places to go and things to do in walking distance. The bed was too high for me, but I appreciated the comfortable recliner and couch. I have some accessibility issues and was daunted by a too tall front step. Once inside, we discovered that back door access was much easier. When we return--and we will be back, your schedule permitting--the driver will go in the front door and let me in the back!

Awesome weekend trip to Sacramento was made more enjoyable staying here!!!

My wife and I decided to take a little trip to Sacramento for a weekend bike ride around the American River Trail, which was a pleasant and enjoyable ride. Rather than just going for just a quick day trip, I decided to surprise and make a weekend of it. So when I was looking for a hotel, I came across this place and reached out to Tim to see if it was available, which fortunately for us it was. I must say, Tim went out of his way to make us feel at home and accommodate our stay. The place is very charming, nicely decorated and laid out, clean, cozy and located great location for leisure walks to restaurants and pubs. As a matter of fact, we woke up the next morning and took a walk to a local restaurant for breakfast. Not that it was necessary on account the place was set-up for cooking your own meals. With that being said, I would highly recommend it and we are looking forward to coming back out and making it a longer stay. Thanks Tim for an enjoyable stay. We had a great experience there and scored some points with my wife for the little surprise.
