It’s nice and in a good location however in my opinion it’s overpriced for what you get. It’s basic with a nice lounge that’s all. Nothing there that is wow or this will bring me back. It’s a hotel, nothing more than that. Nice stay though

We arrived at Aloft and they didn’t have rooms for us. We were made to drive to another hotel, that was not as nice, and took forever to get a room. I have NEVER given a negative review but this was ridiculous. On top of all of that when I showed up today to check in for my room at Aloft they couldn’t provide me a room and we had to go find some place to eat until a manager got to the Aloft to open up my room. We have finally gotten into a room at Aloft. On the plus, the staff has been extremely kind. No issues with the staff in both hotels.

We love this location for their ADA accessibility . Hotel is very kind staff. They went out of their way to help us get a shuttle to the airport and did not charge us. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

My room was not clean. The toilet has urine on it, hairs in the shower and the sink appeared dirty. I cleaned it with soap and water upon arrival. Also, the carpet, flooring and ottoman were all stained. Maybe it was just my room. The bed appeared fresh, but who knows. I would not stay again.
