Black mold on the window in our bathroom Floor in bathroom had hair on it, also hair in the shower. Grime on the counters, tiles, sink. Someone above us or next to us playing loud music. Would not recommend it

The room itself was ok but the bathroom jacuzzi tub was dirty along with the bathroom screen window left side was pulled open, like some was trying to break in.

The lock for the door was super loose and looked alike it was going to fall off. The blanket on the bed was as thin as a paper towel. The sheets not soft. Shower did not appear clean. The couch! The couch has disgusting stains all over it. Just gross! Requested downstairs room when reservation was made and that was not available. We had an event to get to and could not wait for a downstairs room. Disappointed for sure. As someone that needs a cane for walking assistance, stairs are extremely difficult for me. Luckily it was only an overnight trip
