I travel to this hotel about every three months. I recently had a stay with the most helpful staff member we were traveling for a concert and things got changed when I called for help. I was transferred six times but I did get someone right at the front desk at the hotel, we are staying. He took care of everything made sure it would all work out. Was even there when I checked in. My experience during my stay was great. We came out to Sacramento for a friend’s birthday and we enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The valet staff were very nice. We left several times and they accommodated us each time.

Great stay

Very modern and clean, comfortable beds and spacious. We chose this hotel for its location near Sutter Health Park, which was only a 10 minute walk across the bridge. My only minor complaint would be that the couch was very dirty appearing with lots of stains and tears. It was still comfortable to sit in to relax and watch tv. All staff were very courteous and friendly. I would stay here again if in the area.

Their system was out, no calls to inform us and we drove over 5 hours to get there. But their check in noticed and check out notices worked. They didn't provide any of the services that were booked with the Presidential Suite, and and no services b were provided. No communication from hotel and they offered nothing to make it "right" or to make us feel welcomed. Called down for two blankets and they forgot and the second call they finally delivered. Called and asked for wine glasses they said no the bar was closed. Staff didn't care and they said I could talk with the manager next week. No customer service or any type of consideration was offered even ween asked and I had to park in from of the hotel since they had no other suggestions. The hotel was offered as the "best" in the area and we experienced nothing to support this claim. I never write poor reviews but this is my first and it is well deserved. I provided my cell number and my email and asked that a manager contact me and as of today no calls or emails. Leadership is from the top and so is customer service and support stem from the top down and this is very disappointing. they simply don't cal and no apology was offered.

The shower floods the room. It was a chore to clean up. The tile in the shower is suspect. Bed was OK if not a little saggy. Could not figure out how to set the clock radio to the right time. Counter space around the microwave refrigerator area was virtually nonexistent. Hot water at that sink would have bee nice but I see there is no plumbing for that. Our stay was for three nights. Staff was nice but I think under appreciated by corporate .

Updated clean rooms. Kids loved the pool area and complimentary snacks in the evening. Breakfast was great! Pool could use some additional cleaning as the water was a little murky. Would definitely stay here again if headed to Old Town Sacramento.
