The time advertised for breakfast was said to end at 0930 however; on this particular day, (Friday, 12 Sep 2025) the breakfast brunch shut down at 0900, which was the time posted but, not what was verbally told to us when we checked in the night before when we arrived at the hotel. However, although the service was closing down, the person who was working the buffet breakfast was very accommodating and helped us get a full-blown breakfast which was very much appreciated since arriving so late and no dinner. Thank you for being so courteous and making us feel like we mattered.

We usually stay at the one in Elk grove but this one was closer to the church that we were attending a funeral at. First off when I searched hotels that had a hot tub this one came up. When we got there we came to find out that they got rid of the hot tub. So after a cold plunge in the pool we went to take a shower. The shower drain was super plugged so our feet were bathing in dirty shower water. We woke up the next morning only to find out the waffle maker was broken so cereal it was. Before we left I mentioned the shower drain and they fixed it while we were gone. When we got back a huge clump of hair and whatever else they got out of the drain was just sitting in the toilet. So gross and can't that plug up a toilet too? Maybe use the garbage and/or don't leave it for your guests to see and flush themselves. then somehow we got locked out of our bathroom. Could have been our daughter but not likely. Anyway, next time we will most likely just stay at a different hotel in the area or go back to the Fairfield inn in Elk Grove. But this hotel was quiet and the staff was nice. Especially Jennifer. She got us more towels when we needed it and kept the place clean and was very friendly and welcoming.
