Would Not Recommend

This was the worst hotel I have been in..it is the equivalent of a motel 6. The toilet was dirty, there was a large gap in the front door, there was a strong chemical odor in the room that burned my throat and I felt unsafe. We walked into the room, looked around and left and checked into a different hotel.

Amazing stay!

We have found our new place to stay! Normally we stay in Sacramento for our yearly trip to Lake Tahoe. Rooms were large and clean. The pool was large and had a large area to lounge around or layout in. The staff was very friendly. Check in was prompt. Breakfast is grab and go and was way more than anyone can eat and was very good. It was a very quiet room, except for our loud kids. Roseville is a very nice area, lots of close restaurants and grocery stores. The other guests we saw were families.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the door latch was hanging off. Other than that bed room was a big size, very clean. Perfect place for a simple weekend for an outdoor event.

I stayed here just one night to rest on my way to Reno. Arrived late, after driving all day. Asked for a late check out, but was denied unless I pay 25$. The hotel was not full and it is not "the Wynn" so it would have been a courtesy. Rooms are huge and seemed to be remodeled, microwave had a lock function that was weird, because after heating up sth you cannot get it out unless you know. But the kicker was the insanely loud air conditioner which sounded like an old rough engine and came on every 5 minutes. We called and where told that they will send a technician in the morning. Needless to say that we did not get much sleep. I also did a walk through with the cleaning manager to make sure to get the deposit back before checking out.

We enjoyed staying at the Heritage Inn. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The only problem we had with the room was with plumbing. The shallow commode and high water level created a "sanitary issue" when my husband sat on the toilet. Also, the water pressure is low, causing the tank to fill up slowly, and in some cases, not at all. This caused the toilet to clog twice while we were there. There are many stores, markets, and restaurants in walking distance. There is quick and easy access to both I-80 East and West.
