Not the hotel for a light sleeper

The microwave was so dirty that I couldn't heat up my eye mask. The hotel is right next to a very busy highway, so it is not at all quiet.

The hotel is literally in front of the highway. We booked Hyatt hotel but for the wrong date, and then we scrambled to get a hotel at 10pm and this was the closest and they had availabilities. The hotel itself is no fuss but nice, but the level of noise is unacceptable.

The room was generally clean, although the trash hadn't been taken out and I found several sunflower seeds on the carpet. There was a walking path behind the hotel, which is fantastic for a visitor with pets. The whole area felt safe and the room was very quiet, despite being so close to the highway.
