A guest left 5 dogs in their room and they barked throughout the night and early morning. Front desk was contacted several times but they did nothing until the following morning. The sheriff was called to the room where the dogs were and animal control was called to take the dogs. We were not offered a different room or any apologies for the inconvenience. We will NEVER book this hotel again.

We were able to change rooms as I apparently had book a handicap accessible room in error. We were able to change rooms on the second day which was a lot quieter and more accommodating for myself and grown granddaughter. Very appreciative to Mark doing that for us!

Room for Handicapped without a safe shower. The shower seat wobbled. The room was far from the breakfast room and one had to go outside in the rain. This hotel should NOT be accepting persons with mobility issues until it can provide safe showers and easy access to the breakfast room.
