The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. I got the room I requested and it was quiet and comfortable. Not much else you need for that price! (I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that)

Overall this is a nice property operated by friendly people. The rooms are clean, the linens decent and the staff is very caring. The location is close to the freeway and walkable to dining and shopping. But the bed and pillows are uncomfortable. That’s my onlly complaint.

This place is wonderful if you want to feel like you're actually having an apartment rather than staying in a hotel. They had everything from silverware to plates and had a wonderful shampoo and conditioner. They even had a little doggy made of a towel with eyes on it sitting on the bed. It was so cute. There's a full living room as well as kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator then there's also the bedroom. I travel a lot and it's nice to feel like you're actually having a little home rather than just a singular room. Very well done as well as allows dogs but there was no odor of any kind. You can tell that they clean the carpets regularly and there's no smoke smell at all anywhere. Very nicely kept grounds with very nice staff.

Easy check-in/out. Comp. Breakfast had decent variety to choose from. Advice: Switch to different eggs PLEASE. HUGE bonus: Free laundry room usage! $2 Tide sold at counter. Nice kitchenette and powerful microwave! Super quiet hotel (Grateful) Parking was a bit limited but we didnt drive our rental often so didnt have worry about parking much. Negative: Our toilet had a probably "broken" handle so whenever its flushed, the toilet water would keep running untIl you adjust the handle to a full verticle position. (RM 328- PLEASE FIX) Big bonus also, walking distance for marathon shuttle pick up/drop off. Made race morning a breeze! Locations is simply convenient. Just across from outlet shops and beautiful Lake watoma trail for running/biking and many outdoor activities. Def. Will consider staying again if we come back for CIM in the future.

I’ve stayed at Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites in Folsom about half a dozen times over the past year, and it has become my go-to hotel in the area. The location is very convenient—close to the freeway, a short drive to many restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of Kingdom Coffee for excellent coffee. The front desk staff and manager have consistently been professional, helpful, and responsive during every stay. The beds are comfortable, the showers have reliably hot water, and the rooms are generally very quiet; in all my stays, I’ve only heard noise from a neighboring room once. There is ample parking available, though it is currently $10 per day, and the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and coffee, which is a nice perk. The only complaint I have is that the carpet on the floor leading to the side exit has a strong carpet-cleaner smell. Fragranced cleaning products on carpets can trigger allergies, so it would be wonderful if the hotel could switch to a non-fragranced or low-fragrance option in that area. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-run property, and I plan to continue staying here when visiting Folsom.
