We have stayed here twice now and love it. The reception area is welcoming and they always have spa water and hot coffee available. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they have a great store area and guest laundry available. Breakfast is great with lots of food and drink options. Rooms are incredibly well stocked and clean. Only thing missing is a hot tub, but the indoor heated pool was nice.

The rooms are large, which is a plus, but unfortunately they feel very stuffy and poorly ventilated. The staff are generally friendly and polite, which we appreciated. However, be very cautious about parking. The hotel claims certain parking charges, but these fees were never clearly communicated or disclosed in advance. We were told a receipt would be sent afterward, but it never was. This lack of transparency around parking fees was disappointing and left a negative impression overall. We felt lied to and cheated.

Hotel charges for parking now…. What a joke used to love this place. They have a massive parking lot that had about 6 cars parked in it…. But still feel the need to bang you out of an extra $10

I have stayed here numerous times over years. I had to change rooms two times. The first room had something on the comforter and the second room the sheet was dirty. I took pictures and showed the front desk. I always check the bedding when I stay anywhere. I was very surprised that two rooms were bad.

Very nice accommodations, good value. Mon-Wed night they have a great complimentary social hour in the dining area. They also have an indoor pool, a well stocked 'pantry' (for snacks, or items you forgot to pack), and a decent continental breakfast. The staff was very welcoming.
