Directly adjacent to the nature reserve, behind reeds and slightly elevated above the water surfaces of the harbor, it offers great views of the Bodden landscape. Haus Boddenblick has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Both rooms have an outdoor terrace with garden furniture. There is a kitchenette between the two rooms, which also provides access to the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a small sauna, washbasin and WC. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob with two hotplates, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate.



Nestled in the nature reserve around the Great Jasmund Bodden and ideally centrally located in the northern part of the island of Rügen, the vacation property is situated in a sheltered location in the Martinshafen marina. Let your gaze wander over the magnificent landscape with Bodden, reeds and forest or enjoy a bottle of wine with a view of the sunset at the end of an eventful vacation day. More vacation near the water is not possible. With plenty of unspoiled nature, water views and a small stretch of beach right by the harbor. Enjoy relaxing hours. Or, weather permitting, enjoy the excellent conditions for kitesurfing or windsurfing. In any case, you will want to come back again and again after unforgettable moments with a glass of wine and a view of the sunset over the great Jasmund Bodden.

The harbor is located just a few kilometers from the famous island highlight Ralswiek open-air theater and a beautiful excursion from Cape Arkona and offers various accommodations on and near the water with a small harbor snack restaurant and free Wi-Fi in all areas as well as free private parking on the marina grounds. The larger towns of Sassnitz and Bergen are only a few minutes away by car. The site is ideally located for excursions to the Rügendamm and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and has its own small beach areas and water access. The existing small harbor bistro offers a wonderful view of the harbor and the Jasmund Bodden and has a sun terrace. The area is ideal as a starting point for exploring the island and for cycling. Various activities on the water are just waiting to be discovered. Fantastic long fine sandy beaches on the Schaabe are just a short trip away on the cycle path. You can also plan a trip to Stralsund, whose main train station and harbor are within easy reach.
