The property getting smoke smell. I was late at night my room getting smell and at night the furnace makes lot of noice to generate heat.

The elevator didnt work which we did not know about before getting there. The heat in our room wasn't working they didnt offer to let us change rooms. We were only there to sleep so we just made do.
