The Frankenmuth Drury Inn was a great stay for us. The pool area was nice, and our suite was very comfortable for us as well. This is my favorite hotel chain with the 5:30 kick back. Location was also excellent, not far from I-75 and a 15 minute drive to Saginaw. It was a pretty short walk from the hotel down to the shopping area in Frankenmuth. I removed one star for the elevator out of service, but the hotel was very nice to give us an upgraded room on the second floor.

We had an amazing time here. We loved the Inn and would highly recommend it. They offer a lot more for the money with the free dinner/drinks event. The elevator was being replaced so it was down. They forewarned us so I requested a first floor room. They made it clear they couldn’t guarantee that but we got one and it was right by the pool/hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!!

Upon arrival to our Drury in Frakenmuth it was a calm drive, no chaotic parking. Once we entered the hotel, the staff were nice and helpful. Explained how our stay will go, thanked us, gave us a handbook for things to do in the area. The elevator was not working, but we knew this ahead of time per an email, so no worries there. I prefer stairs anyways. The stairs are out of the way, but once we found them, easy to navigate the hotel. The smell from the pool filled the stairs, but that’s anywhere you go. We found our room and it was quite easy to get into. Scan the card, door opens - nothing hard about that. Entered our room, and everything was great upon looking. We dropped our stuff off, and immediately left to grab a bite to eat and explorer some shops before everything closed. When we came back it’s when we started to notice a few things weren’t working. The microwave wasn’t spinning, so it didn’t really cook anything great(popcorn.) The AC was loud, it sounded like a rattling train, it stopped working at one moment in the night as well. If you need white noise, bring a mini fan. When we woke up it was time to shower, it was great. Hot water, the shower head covers the body great. The curtain doesn’t really stop the water, not a really big deal, just don’t slip and fall. We brought our own shampoo/conditioner, but they do have them supplied; towels are great, but are small… again if those things bother you, bring your own - didn’t bother us. Overall, 8/10 experience.

Very conviently located for shopping and food, excellent breakfast and evening food and drink options, clean facility. Only issue No elevator and was on 3rd floor but they let you know in advance and I had issue with room when I first checked in but they fixed the issue immediately.

In addition to being a place with a nice facility and clean comfortable rooms, there was a complimentary breakfast with several options including hot foods and a complimentary evening meal was included along with a couple of cocktails per adult. It is also a pet friendly hotel, so we were able to bring our dog to stay with us. A very good value for a nice place to stay.

It's the little things...like getting a phone call when I arrived in my room to make sure everything was clean and as expected. The cheery, friendly greeting from Emily made us feel very welcome. And the food was VERY good! The line for the wine/beer was too long so I didn't participate but looked great too. Very conveniently located!

I’m really happy with the decision to stay here and definitely would again! It was great for my family and I. The staff was great and so helpful, and we were told ahead of time of the elevators being down and taking the stairs was not all that inconvenient. I would have preferred a bit more cleanliness in the nooks and crannies of the room, and the shower wasn’t ideal. It was really challenging to get the temperature regulated.
