What is not to like about this hotel? Located walking distance from Bavarian Inn and Zehnders restaurants. Close to all shops and events. Hotel room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff (McKenzie and Tracy) went out of their way to please you. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent property in good location. Was able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. A lot of dining options very close by. Hotel was very clean, room was spacious and perfect for our family of five. Complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The outside landscaping was beautiful and very eye-catching, the room was very nice and clean, pool area was clean and everything was functioning. The staff were great, breakfast area was very spacious and food was always being monitored. Even though the inside was being remodeled it didn't pose much of a inconvenience. The location was definitely perfect everything was within walking distance.

It is currently being remodelled and will be finished in June 2025. Our floor was finished and was wonderful. The lobby and first floor were being worked on but it was no inconvenience at all. Close to shops and restaurants and excellent staff! We loved it!

Where do I begin. Room was very nice and clean, but we had to ask for towels, soap and tissues. No hot water for showers for more than one person. Hard time opening door and was under construction. Elevator stopped and had to walk upstairs. No breakfast as advertised only grab in go in a room.
