New contemporary chalet, furnished and equipped for up to 8 people, located in the village of Saint Chaffrey.
Ski shuttles 100 meters from the chalet. Walking access to the village shop (grocery store, bread depot, bar and snacks).
This cottage comprises two floors, with a total area of approximately 130m², with a large tarred parking space for 4 vehicles.
On the ground floor: large entrance, laundry room, a bedroom with bathroom-toilet, television and a king-size bed (180x190) could be separated in 2 single beds (90x190)
On the floor: a beautiful living room bright and spacious including a living room, dining room with access terrace facing south, beautiful open view, a kitchen, very well equipped and functional, a separate toilet.
On the top floor: a bathroom with bath AND shower, three double rooms with television, a double bed 160x200, a king-size bed (180x200) could be separated in 2 single beds (90x200) and 2 single beds (90x190). New bedding of very good quality
Very easy access to the ski lifts, less than a kilometer, access halfway, the shops of the resort and those of Briançon.
Very comfortable chalet, with a cosy and "cocooning" spirit!
