Perfect Peace

Lavialle is a small hamlet at the head of of a gorgeous wooded valley just a few kilometres out of Blesle, one of "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France". The cottage is delightful and suited my wife and I perfectly. Paul and Genevieve are lovely friendly hosts and they have organised delightful circular walks from the cottage from easy (3k for us) to hard and very hard. We so enjoyed BBQ's in the front courtyard in the evening's shade. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. This is a perfect location for touring through the Auvergne's wonderful countryside. We particularly enjoyed the journey through the Monts du Cantal. Our favourite village, another 'Beaux Village' was Salers, truly beautiful. The local town of Massiac has a good supermarket and a wide selection of restaurants. Blesle has a small grocery store and we recommend the local hotel there for that evening out.

Bon accueil dès notre arrivée.Gîte bien équipé et propre, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne. Bien situé pour visiter les nombreux sites de la région. Calme très apprécié, même pour nous qui n'y sommes pas habitués. Nous avons également pratiqué de nombreuses randonnées.

Un merveilleux temps de pause et de nature!

La région est magnifique, entre les villages pittoresques et la nature régénérante, la destination est magique! Le gîte offre un temps de pause dans un petit hameau calme. Il est propre et très agréable. La propriétaire est accueillante et disponible. Bref, de belles vacances!!

La route se termine pratiquement devant le gîte, donc grande tranquillité dans une maison très agréable, une charmante propriétaire d'une grande discrétion mais disponible si nécessaire! Tout était parfait. Dans un tout petit hameau de la Haute Loire un gîte à recommander sans hésitation.

Gîte très agréable, au vert, mais il n'y a ni réseau ni wifi ! Il faut s'éloigner d'une centaine de mètres sur la route pour accrocher un peu de réseau, pas très pratique quand il fait froid ou si on doit être joignable. Sinon maison très propre et fonctionnelle, au calme, propriétaire très prévenante.

De gîte is heel ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust. De ontvangst door de eigenaresse was warm en hartelijk. Ze hreageerde ook snel op de berichtjes. De ligging is uitstekend, want de omgeving is prachtig. Kortom, we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de Maronnier!
