Magnifique Guadeloupe

Très bien situé, proche de nombreux commerces dont 3 supermarchés. Proche plages. Belle vue sur la marina. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Seul élément négatif: Wifi fréquemment inacceptable et instable. Donc difficile de garder contact par mail avec nos proches. Autrement c’est parfait.

Bonne situation pour sillonner toute l’ile et profiter des avantages de la proximité avec la marina

Une réservation simple et efficace avec un propriétaire attentionné et une gérante disponible. Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé et résidence appréciable pour sa proximité des commerces et des piscines pour se délasser en fin de journée après le retour des excursions. Accueil chaleureux. Le book créé par le propriétaire et les guides laissés sont un plus !

Appartement avec mezzanine et balcon, vue sur la marina et le golf et à deux pas de la plage. Hyper bien situé, proches de tous les commerces. Spacieux, confortable, sans oublier les piscines et le jardin, bref, on s’y sent comme à la maison.

Cet appartement est très bien situé près de tous les commerces et des plages. Il est très bien entretenu et décoré avec soin. Les piscines sont très agréables L'orientation de l'appartement permet de profiter de la terrasse à tous les moments de la journée, sans souffrir de la grosse chaleur du midi. Mr Foll est à l'écoute des locataires et l'apéro à l’arrivée, est agréable. Conclusion, vacances réussies , à renouveler.

excellente collaboration du propriétaire lors de la réservation . Carine nous as très bien reçu elle est bien gentille et ponctuel autant à l'arrivé qu'au départ. Appartement très bien situé , proche de très bon restaurant La Petite Crêperie et Ti-Francine pour ne nommé qu'eux. À quelques pas des boutiques et de l'épicerie. Le soir belle ambiance musique au rendez vous . Appartement coquet ,bien équipé et très sécuritaire. Le seul bémol pour nous le matelas un peu mou, mais bon ! J'y retournerais demain . Encore merci ! à Mr Foll et Carine à bientôt

Notre séjour de 12 nuits aux Marines 4 a été excellent, ça existe !!

Nous étions 4 adultes, l'appartement est très bien équipé tant sur le plan de l'électroménager, du mobilier, des couchages de bonne qualité (2 trousseaux de clés pour 4 personnes), très bien entretenu, est très très bien situé tout est à proximité quand on n'a pas de voiture : les plages, les commerces, les restos, le centre ville, le marché ...... et l'accueil de Carine qui a été excellent. Nous reviendrons et nous le conseillons à notre famille. Merci Monsieur FOLL d'avoir contribuer à passer un excellent séjour, trop court ...
