House located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, 300m from Les Demoiselles Beach and 600m from the Sion sur l'Océan forest. The cottage consists of a living/dining room/kitchen, a master suite (1 queen-size bed) with a private shower room/WC, two other bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 twin single beds + 2 single bunk beds), a shower room, and a separate WC. A garage is available for storing bicycles and a laundry area (washing machine and dryer). Wi-Fi is available. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a table and chairs, and deckchairs. An electric grill is available. Access to the property is via a small step.
Nearby: Cycle paths 300 m away, shops 800 m away, boat docks for the Ile d'Yeu (Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie pier 15 km away, Fromentine pier 19 km away), Noirmoutier bridge 20 km away. Holiday insurance is required.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €140/stay; Sheet set (€19.50 for a double bed - €14.50 for a child's bed), bathroom linen (€9.50 per person), and household linen (2 tea towels and 1 bath mat: €5).
