I would not recommend a room on the main floor as the traffic to and from the pool area was very loud up until 10:00 pm.

The stay was phenomenal our room was the jacuzzi suite the room was clean hotel was clean the staff were friendly and super accommodating, my boyfriend had surgery and we had lost an item during our stay and the manager was so kind and helped us figure it out on their cameras and retrieve our item my only comment would be to bring your own ice cream the small tubs are 15 dollars but convenience i suppose, overall phenomenal this will forever be our sporlt and the breakfast is above and beyond 2 different kinds of waffles lots of toppinngs drinks eggs 2 different kinds yogurt beans multpile styles of breads buiscuts muffins. Highly recommended

Our stay was for the convenience of visiting family for Thanksgiving. Our weekend was made memorable thanks to the friendly staff, plenty of pool time and the super fun slide and the delicious hot breakfast - the waffle bar was a huge hit!

Unfortunately this hotel is starting to get run down. We thought the bed was going to fall apart when we laid down. The bathroom is full of mold. To top it off the couple next door let their kids run up and down the hall until midnight while the kids knocked on our door and tried turning our handle several times. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past years and unfortunately it just keeps getting worse and worse.

Great stay

I was out in Saint John NB for school and flew in my family for a week. Front desk was courteous, check in was seamless. The house keeping staff always had a smile and would make a point to wish us a good day. Breakfast had plenty of options, and area was kept clean and tidy and again staff would make a point to say hello and gave my daughter a hug goodbye on our last day. Water slide was fast the pool temperature was appropriate. The hot tub Jets were not working but the hot tub was still open and had an appropriate temperature. The location was great close to plenty of box stores and the mall. Parking felt safe as the hotel sits on a plateau and the only people in the parking lot were the people staying at the hotel. Room was classic hotel 2 queens. It had a spot for 1 suitcase to sit and another stand in closet. Room bathroom was clean and shower water pressure was strong.
