In Saint-Malo, in the St Servan district, we offer this charming 60 m² apartment for rent, with wifi (fiber optics), less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, decorative fireplace, double sofa bed and dining area.

If you choose to come by car, please note that there is paid public parking on Rue Georges Clémenceau, as well as in the nearest Charcot parking lot.

- Saint Malo train station: 1.6 km (25mn walk) or bus line 8 (GASPÉ stop)
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 500m away.
- Dinan slipway 900m away: shuttle for the St Malo-Dinard crossing.

We also recommend a stroll along the corniche d'Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral.
- Visits : Museums, Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the tourist office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts on the outside.
From Place St Vincent, you'll find bus and coach departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town.
- A market on Place St Servan on Tuesdays and Fridays in the Halles de la Place Bouvet, where you'll find fresh fish. A small oyster market is held every Sunday on Place Bouvet (place du théâtre).
