With its interior all in stone and wood decorated with a pleasant decoration, a comfortable equipment...and an impressive old wood oven in the kitchen...this house has a soul, that's for sure ! Outside, you can already imagine yourself taking your meals in the shade of the apple tree, or enjoying moments of relaxation in the pleasant enclosed garden, you appreciate the proximity of the river Lot at 300m (with a slipway for boats), a grocery store at 1km, and the departures of hiking trails including one that leads to the castle of Cenevières (magnificent view ... to do absolutely!). And we love the idea of being able to swim in the river on a supervised beach in the summer only 4 kms away!On the ground floor: large living room composed of a fully equipped kitchen area with built-in units, a dining area and a lounge area with flat screen TV, sofa and armchairs, bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet.
