Do you offer unforgettable holidays or extended weekends in an exceptional location? With family or friends, bring your bikes, flip-flops and towels to visit the Atlantic coast. Cross France's longest bridge to discover the 43 km of coastline, the Côte de Jade and the Pays de Retz.



This exceptional house (listed in the regional heritage inventory) of 230m² is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Tharon-Plage, just 2 minutes on foot from the beach, the town centre and its shops, bars and restaurants, local markets and all the entertainment.



Villa Sunrise, almost entirely renovated, has 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people.



It comprises on the ground floor a vast entrance, a bar area overlooking the garden, a dining room with fireplace and lounge-TV corner, an independent TV-DVD lounge, a semi-open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle), a toilet cabinet with vintage shower (not photographed), an independent WC, a utility room (washing machine, freezer, table and iron) and a bathroom with independent WC.



The first floor serves 3 double bedrooms (160), 1 dormitory room with bunk bed (2x90) and a single bed (90), a double bathroom (shower & bath) and an independent toilet complete this level.



The second floor serves 1 triple bedroom (160) plus a single bed (90), 1 modular triple bedroom (3x90), a bathroom with WC (currently being finished, will be available early July 25, we will not fail to add photos as soon as possible).



For maximum comfort, a travel cot and high chair are provided, outdoor furniture, a covered charcoal BBQ fireplace, a few sun loungers and a parasol.



You will be able to secure your bicycles within the garden grounds, but as the façade is listed, we inform you that it is strictly forbidden to park a car there. 8 free parking spaces are available around the perimeter of the house.



The beaches and fisheries of Tharon-Plage at Saint Michel are in the top 3 best sunset spots on the coast. You will surely leave with the most beautiful holiday photos, with the sun setting into the sea both summer and winter at exactly the right moment.

With its 4.5 km of fine sand and family beaches, surfers, enthusiasts of rock pooling, bodyboarding, paragliding and kite flying will find their favourite spot between the "Grande plage de Tharon" and the "Plage de la Roussellerie".

Take the opportunity of a trip to Pornic for a day's sailing excursion to the surrounding islands or opt, depending on the tides, for rock pooling or fishing in the fisheries. For food lovers, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Mussels of Bouchots from La Plaine-sur-Mer, the famous ice creams and jams from La Fraiseraie, the delicious pancakes from "St-Michel" and not forgetting, whether hot or cold, the cheese from Pornic "Le Curé Nantais".
