Situation agrĂ©able en bordure de mer. Cadre arborĂ©. IdĂ©ale pour quelques jours. L'inconvĂ©nient est le canapĂ© lit trop grand une fois dĂ©pliĂ© gĂȘnant le passage. Le coin cuisine peu fonctionnel. Legoutoir Ă  vaisselles serait mieux Ă  la place du micro-ondes. Manque un meuble fonctionnel pour mettre micro-ondes cafetiĂšre... Cependant il y a l'essentiel pour cuisiner c'est bien.

Appartement un peu vieillissant mais agréable. TrÚs bien situé en bord de mer, vue magnifique sur la terrasse. Petite résidence avec jardin trÚs bien entretenu, parking fermé et place attitrée à l'appartement. Séjour agréable. PS : le store de la terrasse est HS dommage !

Appartement vieillissant et non entretenu . ( joints faĂŻence salle de douche noires, rideau douche dĂ©goĂ»tant, table de terrasse et stores occultants terrasse en mauvais Ă©tat). Pas de rangement. Escalier dangereux. Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s il y avait une cinquantaine de mouches vertes Ă  l interieur . On a osĂ© nous affirmer que le nettoyage avait Ă©tĂ© fait le jour mĂȘme !!!

Pour la vue exceptionnelle

Le cadre et la vue de cet appartement sont magnifiques. Mais l appartement n est pas bien entretenu( joints douche noires de moisissures et à l arrivée une cinquantaine de mouches vertes à l interieur. Table de jardin endommagé)et trÚs peu de rangement. L escalier pour l accÚs mezzanine trÚs inconfortable.

Le logement est trÚs bien situé, la photo est conforme à la réalité. Logement trÚs bien équipé. Endroit calme, terrasse bien ensoleillée, nous y sommes trÚs bien. Seul bémol : nous avons trouvé que certaines tùches ménagÚres ont été bùclées ou oubliées : poussiÚre par terre, couverture (plaid) sales, hotte collante, odeur de fromage dans le four... L'équipe d'Interhome Vaux-Sur-Mer est accueillante, arrangeante et disponible ! Merci !

Séjour du 19 au 24 fev 2021. Situation et vue révée; malheureusement l'interieur n'est pas à la hauteur: outre les pb d'eau chaude et de fuite wc réglés en 24 h, le studio mériterait des améliorations: lit aménagé avec couette (actuellement des draps alors que seul 1 coté du lit est accessible), une douche avec paroi de douche et une pomme de douche simple mais neuve (actuellement rideau de douche et douchette qui pisse ); globalement studio aménagé trop à l'économie et vieillot; quel dommage!

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein. Zu dritt, zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kind, war gerade noch so möglich. Ich möchte mir nicht vorstellen wie es zu viert gewesen wĂ€re. Das Tollste an der Wohnung ist der Ausblick aufs Meer. Des Weiteren ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer sehr vorteilhaft. Gut ist ist auch der Parkplatz im Schatten, auch wenn die Zufahrt etwas eng ist. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche war sehr ĂŒberschaubar. Es war nur ein kleiner Topf vorhanden, dafĂŒr viele Pfannen.

Agréable séjour les pieds dans l'eau

Appartement trÚs agréable avec un emplacement au calme face à la mer. Cependant, l'appartement est trÚs peu équipé (le strict minimum et encore...) et la Wifi est payante. Le check in est trÚs tardif (16h) alors que le check out est trÚs tÎt (10h). A savoir que vous ne récupérez et ne déposez pas les clés à l'adresse de l'appartement mais à Vaux-Sur-Mer.

un plan de travail pour la cuisine mĂȘme petit aurait Ă©tĂ© bien quelques tasses Ă  cafĂ© serait nĂ©cĂ©ssaire. un moyen pour laver un peu de linge notemment les serviettes plage mĂȘme collectif serait bienvenu. Pour quatre personnes, c'est un peu juste Ă©videmment cela dĂ©pend de l'Ăąge des locataires.
