An excellent hotel a few minutes walk from Seibu-Chichibu station which has both train and bus connections. Lots of dining and shopping options around including at the station itself. Easy walk to main areas including Chichibu Shrine. Ohanabatake station is also very near to visit other places such as Nagatoro. 7-Eleven and Family Mart close to hotel. Staff very helpful, rooms clean and good breakfast selection. Would definitely recommend.

Our room was nice and clean, but not good for our elder who was using a walker. The bathroom required a step up which she could not make with her walker. Doorway also had a riser that made handicap access challenging. Breakfast was so so.

Avoid the breakfast room!

The reception staff and cleaning staff were great. However, a staff member working in the breakfast room was extremely rude, noisy and so unpleasant that she ruined my stay. Furthermore, the breakfast was uninteresting, cold and left exposed (no wrappings or coverings). Guests are crammed into a small breakfast room - after being made to wait for a long time. Guets were using the same tongs to choose sausages, eggs and coleslaw. Plastic gloves and masks are to be worn (rightly so), but there is no social distancing. A woman working there informed me that my mask wasn’t high enough over my mouth in a voice loud enough for all diners to hear. It was being worn correctly. As the only non-Japanese in the room, I felt singled out and I found her conduct was unprofessional. The tray I was given was sticky and unclean. I opted for a coffee and ate outside the hotel after checking out early.

Bad attitude front desk service

Very rude speaking front desk older two ladies. Very bossy and sassy. Kept bothering about leaving the room key when leaving hotel but every time came back had to wait in line to receive room key. Kept bothering about cleaning room even though we hung the do not disturb sign up. So finally just let them clean and under the beds were super dusty and dirty anyways like no one even cleaned the room. And I'm saying this even though I lived in Chichibu for 7 years and love the town and it's people.

以前　西武秩父駅に訪れた時　このホテルが近くにあった事を知り　今回　宿泊を決めました。駐車場が無料。ウェルカムコーヒーもありました。ここは大浴場がありませんでしたが駅隣接の祭の湯に行きました。部屋が思っていたより広く　ゆったり出来ました。
