Staff were robotic and did not even give us any direction to where our room was. The power cut off numerous times throughout the evening, once when a member of my party was in the swimming pool and got locked in the pool room in darkness. The lift doors kept closing extremely quickly and caused bruising to my arm. We were given conflicting information regarding the guest laundry room. The staff couldn’t decide between themselves whether it was actually open and working or not! We were catching a very early flight and requested a breakfast only to be informed. There was no vegetarian option. The room was very dated and cleanliness is definitely not next to godliness in this hotel.

The shuttle will NOT pick you up at the airport. I emailed a few days ahead- no answer. Then I called from the airport when I arrived. They gave me some silly excuse- the shuttle is closed/broken. I had to pay $300 pesos for a cab, which was insane as the hotel is about 100 metera from the airport (but along the highway, so one cannot walk). I told the cab driver about it- he said oh no the hotel shuttles never pick up from the airport, never. They might say they do, but they dont. So beware od that scam. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Clean and modern, and a wonderful breakfast. They do drop people off at the airport (so I guess it wasnt broken).

Staff was great the rooms are clean and spacious but they give me a different room than I reserved and would not change it, and they charge me $200 mx extra at the front for a third person. Which wasn’t on the booking info. For a suite for up to 5 guests. But other than that a great place to stay for the fly next day.

Everything was excellent they stay, it was pleasant quiet. Except the washer and dryer did not work properly. I tried to wash it took me 1 hour, to fry my clothes took me two hours the dryer kept messing up. I did not go have dinner because of this incident I missed an event I was going to attend. I relied on the commodity of relying on doing a load of laundry and my plan failed. Everything else was pleasant.
