This home is a destination and an experience. There are incredible sweeping vineyard, hazelnut, and valley views throughout most of the rooms. Whether it is a low hanging fog drifting between hills or a bright orange sunset behind the Chahalem Mountains in the distance, the beauty is unparalleled.



Most every item in the home is brand new and curated to create an amazing experience for our guests. The home has ample room to spread out and enjoy everything it has to offer both inside and out. The property itself sits on close to 20 acres with over 15 of them used for hazelnuts and fruit trees.



Inside the home, you will find almost six thousand square feet of primary living space and a two thousand three hundred square feet finished basement loaded with amenities and a sleeping area. There are four spacious bedrooms on the two main floors with one of them having an en suite bathroom on the ground floor. There are two large living room areas with the upstairs one having vaulted ceilings and a wet bar.



One fantastic feature great room style open kitchen with double oven and cooktop. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs and is perfect for preparing meals or having a local professional chef come and take care of that for you.



In the renovated and finished basement, you fill two additional beds, couches, vinyl records with a player, TV with streaming capability, air hockey, ping pong, and tables games. There is so much to enjoy, see, and do you won't want to leave the home. When you do however, there are countless incredible vineyards moments away as well as some fantastic restaurants in Newberg, Dundee, Dayton just to name a few. The air and space museum is a short jaunt and day trips to downtown Portland or the Oregon Coast are within easy reach. It is hard to find a better location than this to explore much of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories.

The house and individual rooms are spacious. Beds comfortable. The views and sunset spectacular. Easy drive into town. The property is a little bit run down (refrigerator should be replaced, no screens in living room, a couple odd “unfinished / junky” spaces, landscaping not kept up). But overall, a very good house for a large group. Property managers were quite attentive.

We booked this for our mom coming to town so all the kids and grandkids could stay together. Kids are local but mom came from Georgia to see us all. It has tons of space and lots of fun games and activities (ping pong, air hockey plus board games). It's a very quiet, private location with gorgeous Yamhill valley views.

Overall, the house was alright, but the pictures definitely made it look much nicer than it actually was. Our experience fell far short of expectations for several reasons. The first night was unbearably hot, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and no one in our group could sleep. They knew it was broken. We were seriously considering leaving, and only ended up staying because the weather cooled significantly the following day. On top of that, the home was noticeably unclean upon arrival, and we were not given any notice that a landscaper would be coming during our stay, which forced everyone inside while he worked. With seven adults, three babies, and three dogs, this was incredibly inconvenient. While a portable AC unit, a cleaning crew, and a partial refund were offered after the fact, these were reactive fixes to problems that should have been resolved before guests ever arrived. For the price, we expected a comfortable and seamless stay, not to be managing these types of issues ourselves. Even more disappointing was the lack of communication from the management company (iTrip). Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and emails over several days, no one followed up. A simple phone call to acknowledge our concerns would have gone a long way, but no effort was made after our stay. This property has potential, but based on our experience, it’s not being managed to the standard that guests deserve or homeowners should expect.

Gorgeous, huge property

We had a lovely stay for 10 girls celebrating a 40th birthday in June of this year. The views are absolutely stunning - the pictures do not do it justice. There are two family rooms and a basement to play games. We hoped there would be an opportunity for early check-in but were still able to our drop our bags prior to starting at the vineyards. Would go back at any time! Highly recommend.

Wonderful gathering spot

We got together to celebrate a graduation. We had friends and family from four states. There was plenty of space for gathering as a group as well as spaces for alone time. We really appreciated the spacious kitchen that allowed us to cook and eat together.

Gals getaway

Our group of ten women enjoyed a wonderful five day stay in Dundee. This house had the space we needed for our group. The layout of the house worked well for us.The main level living room is big and spacious with the whole house offering beautiful views of the valley below. There is a separate living area upstairs as well that we didn't use as much but provides a separate living space for those that may want to watch tv or get away from the group downstairs. The dining table comfortably seats 10 people. Lots of deck space outside with a bonus room downstairs with lots of games to play. The house is a five mile drive from Newberg and about the same to Dundee. It is a country stay. All in all we found the house comfortable and as described in the listing.

Beautiful House for a Great Stay

This is a large house with all the living space you would want, with beautiful views and nice furnishings. Our party of four "winos" used this as our home base while we hired a driver to take us around to visit wineries in the area. There are good restaurants nearby but the house was so inviting that we brought food in or prepared our own meals and enjoyed unhurried dinners in the comfort of the house (with wine of course). The property management company was easy and a delight to work with: clear, timely communications and quick to respond to comments. There are some signs of wear and tear, but no more than can be reasonably expected and nothing that we considered detrimental to our enjoyment of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the linens excellent.

Group Stay in Wine Country

Our group stayed in this beautiful property to ring in 40th birthdays. The entire property has gorgeous views of the surrounding Dundee Hills with plenty of comfortable seating from which to watch the sun come up (or go down). The home has plenty of space for a group of 6 adults or several couples. It was conveniently located as a home base for us to explore wineries and cafes. We will return!

Wonderful Accommodations/view

Great location, views and stay for a group of 10 family members. We booked this place for my brothers wedding and it was super close to the venue so easy to hangout and get ready for the big event. Highly recommend and we would book again. The gas fire pit outside needs to be serviced; the knob to keep the fire on is broken so it wouldn’t come on. The place was very clean.

We loved our stay and enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, deck, and front firepit. Suggestions: door broken which left the house unlocked. Management responded quickly. Silverware, plates, glasses were perfect. Suggest new cookware as it is peeling.

Perfect Wine Country Stay

My group of six ladies had a fantastic stay at this home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, the views are gorgeous, and the property is in the perfect location... not too close to downtown but close enough to not be a super long drive. The BEST house for a larger group stay/girls weekend

We had the best girls weekend at this house! We loved how spacious the kitchen and dining area is, how large and accommodating the dining area and kitchen bar area is- we had a large party of 11 girls and having that much seating in the dining/kitchen area was so great! The bedrooms were all so spacious, as well as the living rooms- with plenty of couches for seating to accommodate a larger group like ours! The bathrooms also were a good size, which we appreciated as we had so many girls needing to get ready and we didn’t feel crammed for space. I will say the only thing about the bathrooms is that the water pressure in the main floor primary bedroom shower could be better! But I think the upstairs showers had decent water pressure! The views from the back patio were incredible! It snowed a little bit during our stay and it was so beautiful to look out of the many big windows and see all of the snow coming down. We loved the location- one day we went into Dundee for dinner at Trellis (incredible) and we loved how close we were to Newberg. The other day of our stay we drove to several local wineries and loved how close and central we were to so many great wineries! We were so blown away by how amazing this house was and we had the absolute best weekend here! Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone with a larger group wanting a nice, relaxing weekend in wine country!
