Feels like home away from home. Marvelous host, helpful and eager to please⊠Will come again as Salerno is a nice city to visit and location is great and close to the train station. Grazie mille Guiseppe.
Amazing apartment! Giuseppe met us exactly when scheduled and gave us a thorough walk through the apartment. He and his son even left us snacks and tasty beverages for our stay! The apartment is very close to Salerno beach which is a great place to spend the day and it is very walkable to the rest of Salerno. It is about a 40 minute walk to the Ferry to leave for the rest of the Amalfi coast which we really enjoyed since most of the walk is right on the water! Great food nearby and I would definitely stay here again.
My son and I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Our wonderful host offered to pick us up at the train station which was very appreciated since we had extra luggage. They also offered a transit service paid option to Naples airport which we accepted which went very well. Response time for questions during our stay was very fast. They were very kind and we would definitely stay again.
Giuseppe is a wonderful man, who, with his wife and son do a wonderful job of managing the property. It is about a two minute walk to the sea, and located conveniently for market, bus, and trains. This is a great, economical home base for exploring places like Amalfi, Paesrum, Rome, Naples, Pompeii and many others. We loved it.
Excellent option in Salerno. Very nice place and Giuseppe, very kind and received us with some bread and many stuff in the table. We really appreciate his hospitality!
The apartment was very clean and had all the necessities!! It was very up to date. It was close to everything!
Pepe made sure that everything was there for us.
Would highly recommend this apartment!!
We totally enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you!!
Wij vonden de stad Salerno wat grauw en industrieel. Je hoorde de weg en trein opkom het verblijf. Hetverblijf lag wel goed centraal, dicht bij strand, haven en wat winkels. Koffietentje dichtbij was erg leuk. En gratis parkeren op diverse locaties in de buurt.

Unit suited our needs and was as described. Owner even picked us up from the train even though itâs a daily short walk. Would rent again. Recommended.
Francesco is a wonderful host. He met and greeted us at his apartment entrance and showed us his cozy apartment. Itâs located close to the train station, 10 min walk to Old Town and 2 min walk to the spectacular seaboard walk. The area where the apartment is located is calm and easy to reach other attractions such as Amalfi, Naples, Pompeii and more by bus/train/car. The apartment is very clean and has everything for your happy stay. There were varieties of pastries, milk and coffee/tea in the apartment for breakfast. There is a good coffee machine in the apartment. Francesco always wanted to know how our stay was going and if we needed his help. It was so nice. Finally, what was the surprise, when we were checking out he gave us some little gifts. We highly recommend this apartment for other travellers.
Kommen gerne wieder.
My son & I were arriving by train after staying in Rome for a few days. We were greeted at the train station by our host and his son. They transported us to the apartment which was an awesome convenience. The apartment was stocked with snacks & beverages along with all the conveniences of home and then some.
Only negative is that there was no hot water but we found that in multiple places that we stayed throughout Italy.
Giuseppe was wonderful, helpful and welcoming.
Location was great, a stone step away from shops, restaurants, transportation and the beach.
Highly recommended
Adorable one bedroom apartment near Salerno Centro
The hosts were amazing, friendly and the apartment super clean and well equipped. The only issue we had with this place is that itâs advertised as a two bedroom but itâs a one bedroom with a king bed and two bunks. Although the couch folds out as a bed, itâs still not a two bedroom apartment. Very secure, very well located, and Giuseppe and his son Francesco are awesome. So generous with their time and help to make us comfortable. Our only complaint is the Iack of a second bedroom. Itâs a great place and if we were simply travelling as a couple or couple with young children, that apartment would be great.
Giuseppe and his son, Francesco are excellent examples of Southern Italian hospitality. They picked us up from and dropped us off at the train station and had lots of snacks, coffee, tea, water (was very hot so this was nice!) plus more. The beach is close by and all else within walking distance, if you donât mind walking. Bus stops close by too. Beautiful stay.

Comfortable conveniently located apartment in Salerno.
We decided to stay in Salerno as a base for exploring Pompeii, Paestum and the Amalfi coast. The apartment was in a great location - though more urban than the photo on the left suggests - just on the outskirts of the old part of town. We were able to park easily near the apartment and found restaurants and bars to eat in nearby. Several of the grocery stores nearby that we noted on Google were gone - I guess the supermarket has driven them out of business.
The apartment was bright, very clean and nicely furnished. There is one bedroom with a queen or king bed and fold-out bunk beds, and there is a fold-out couch in the living room. So, although the place sleeps 6 or 7 there is really only one bedroom. There are two baths though, one with a shower.
The host Guiseppe and his son Fernando arranged to meet us at the apartment to give us the keys. They had gotten groceries enough for breakfasts - milk, packaged bread and pastries, jam, as well as bottled water. They were very nice, tho Guiseppe and his wife (who we met on Thursday) spoke little English, Fernando translated for us.
Very new and clean apartment. Easy walk from trsin station and down to the ferrys to go to Almafi coast. Apt. was well stocked with snacks and eveything you need cook in or plenty of choices in the square.
