Very accommodating and enthusiastic hosts/owners at the office. Very nice and clean room, although small queen, it had everything you'd expect at a larger motel room. We loved the knotty pine throughout the room.
Individual traveler stopping in Poncha Springs on the way to another destination. This was a great spot and a lovely property. Had all the needed amenities: fridge, microwave, AC, WIFI and a very comfortable bed/room. Will definitely stop here again.
Great place to stay before climbing Tabeguache Peak. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable beds, right off highway, enjoyed the old school atmosphere.
Uniquely re-done little motel. Quirky, cute and amazingly comfortable. Beautiful outside areas to relax in, as well. We would have enjoyed staying there longer. Will definitely stay there again.
I can not express how AMAZING this property is! The owners are the BEST! The location is excellent, and the rooms are immaculate. We started planning our next stay before our vacation was over. We canât wait to go back!
This lodge was a terrific combination of quaint, well-appointed and cozy. The staff was very helpful and communication was amazing. Thank you for making it a great stay. Weâll be back without question.
The property was conveniently located, the garden and area around the lodge had a very natural vibe. The creek that ran through the property was beautiful.
The room was clean yet small. It worked for us for one night.
The owner was very nice, accommodating and had a lot of information about the area, food, and breweries.
Charming, Cozy, and Exceptionally Welcoming!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Poncha Springs Lodge. It was cute and quaint with such a warm, inviting aestheticâtruly a hidden gem. Donna went above and beyond with her kindness and hospitality, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place!
The place was clean, but it was a no-nonsense hotel. Small and average. Bed was comfortable. Only stayed overnight. They usually have a campfire, but it was raining. No pool (which they never advertised). Older place. Also, it is called a lodge, but it was more like an older motel. Lady was both housekeeper and checked us in. Very polite and friendly.
