The staff were helpful and the friendliest I have met in a long time. The hotel is being remodeled but the cleanliness was good otherwise. Wish it had a better Gym but I am sure we will stay there again when we come back.

My daughter loved the pool and the slide. There was some upgrades happening so there was constantly people working and bringing in furniture. Not a bad thing just made it busy. I liked the location it was in and how close it was to Walmart, target, restaurants but also not so close it was hard to get to.

I had no hot water for most of my stay, my door would not lock, the TV kept going in and out (screen dimming intermittently), and there was not only construction going on, but the workers were allowed to blare loud music early over a weekend. The breakfast was the only gold thing about this stay.

Excellent staff from the front desk, to the breakfast personnel (Jo) to the manager (Jess). Jo very personable, it was such a pleasure to visit her every morning. Jess, realized I had 2 bookings ( 1 of them got canceled but didn't show up to them) she refunded my money and BEST EVER fixed my Granddaughter's hair for me. We were there for a gymnastics competition and I couldn't get it tight enough. Yes, they are going through a remodel but as clean as possible in parking lot. My granddaughter loved the slide in the pool!! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you anywhere near Salina.
