This property is great for our 1 night stop while traveling with family. We always are very pleased with the room, beds and cleanliness. The food is fresh and ok. Just this time we had a room that could feel the steps or jumping that came from some other room, it felt like from above or something , I don’t exactly know but it was annoying for a while until a fell asleep as I was very tired but when I woke up very early I could still hear some for a while and then it stopped. I wish that it would have been quit as usual but not this time. We were in the 1st floor, but next time I would prefer another floor to avoid this that not hasn’t happened before. Thanks

I am a platinum member with Marriott and wasn’t even greeted by Nathan who was working the front desk. Must have been his first day of the job as he was needing to call his supervisor for help. Never offered the complimentary water, room upgrade, WiFi info, nothing. The shower drain cover was loose and would slide out from under your feet when stepping on it which cause a fall. Not safe or acceptable what so ever. Have stayed at lots of Marriott’s all over the country and world, this is the worst one I’ve been to.

The room was clean, water pressure in shower was amazing! But for a “suite” the room is very lack luster, bed was okay, but the room linens were something you’d find at a motel 6, and by no means I’m not knocking motel 6, it’s economy, and that’s okay. I just assumed since it was a suite, it was above economy status. Amenities were good, and staff were polite. But next time I stay in Salina KS, I will choose a different hotel.

Almost five stars. The property was exceptionally clean and well kept, housekeeping is to be commended. The king suite was well appointed and comfortable. My primary complaint is upon first entering the hotel one of the staff had their back to me well after our entrance and continued speaking to a coworker for some time before anyone acknowledged my wife and I. Upon return to the hotel from being out later in the day, the one clerk at the front desk never looked up from his phone to acknowledge my entrance. The front end really needs a better eye on the door and a lesson in greeting customers, especially at the rate we paid.
