Upon arrival, I knew what I was getting into with the price tag but when I pre-pay for a room, I expect to just check in and go to my room. The front desk staff said I needed to pay $38 extra. I had to pull out my bank statement online, my confirmation receipt and everything showing that I already paid. He later talked himself down, saying that they would probably charge me later for the rest, even though I was already charged for the full amount. Seems a little sketchy and was very disappointed with the entire process.
Room was dirty, floor not swept, used bar of soap in shower, Walls had yellow streaks,and had flies and spiders. Air conditioner filters was caked with lint.
The first room was dirty and full of flies,2nd room was also dirty, but not as bad as the first one. Top blanket had holes in it.Lady at the desk was very friendly. Bought Lysol and fly spray.
Called the number listed for this property on the web site 13 times with no answer, trying to confirm there was an outdoor pool as the amenities list and photos showed. My making the 180-mile trip was dependent on this. Decided to trust the web info and book. Upon arrival found pool unavailable. As to unanswered phone calls, was told there is no way to contact the hotel by phone. Online reservations only.
