All of the staff we met were very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The room was lovely and clean and the shower was just the right pressure for being upstairs. Excellent location for the Cathedral. Room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was generous size. Lovely walk-in shower, pity water pressure wasn't a little higher but was adequate and hot.
