I took my roommate Beth of 9 years and her best friend Corey who both have intellectual disabilities and some mobility issues. We required a first floor easy access place to stay. The location was great. The space was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Communications with the owners was spot on and we had a great stay. I will definitely book here again in the future.

Great place

This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay.

Do not book this place! Nothing like pictures

Upon arrival there was an overwhelming smell of possibility a cheap cleaning product. The smell was so bad I could not breathe and it made my eyes sting.i contacted the management group who could only possibly give me another place, for the night, 30 min away but the same peeps cleaned it. They refused to return my money even though I was struggling to breathe. I had no choice and stayed with windows open and air on.. some other things to note: cooking pans were disgusting, old and really not able to be used. 2 of three lights in bathroom were burned out. Toilet paper holder is rusted. Coffee mugs chipped, food on the “clean utensils”, outside area did not have lighting. The supposed deck area was a worn picnic table amongst building materials. Everything else is old and tired. Maybe years ago the unit was ok but there has not been any attention to care or caring about travelers who stay there. There is only one sad ice tray that was plastic and appeared to have orange cast to it. We ended our stay on the last night with next door couple screaming, swearing and fighting most of the night. The management company was not helpful and VBRO related my inability to breathe was not enough to change the listing agreement!

Nice little condo for a 2 day stay

I stood here with my family for 2 days. The pull out couch was particularly not very comfortable for my 2 boys and the bathroom is small, but for 2 nights it was fine. This place was pricey but clean and very conveniently located. We walked literally 2 minutes to get to the beach entrance. And we also walked to the boardwalk area. Hampton Beach was just a short drive up the road and we checked out their boardwalk one evening as well. In all we had a very nice time and enjoyed our stay!

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved our stay and can't wait to return next summer! The place had everything we needed - dishes, cookware, etc. And a relaxing outdoor space. Minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet at night. Highly recommend!

We came for a weekend away from home. We were so thrilled that this cozy little place was just like home away from home. We highly recommend anyone staying here. Jiza was an absolute charm/sweetheart. She took care of every question we had. Was so so excellent in responding to our text. This place is as it is exactly described. Our place to recommend, for an activity, go to Plum Island and Bob’s Lobster in Newburyport, MA. Don’t let Bob’s place fool you, the most delicious fresh fried haddock and onion rings. Our 2nd time eating there. This precious place is so wonderfully centered for beach walking. We totally recommend everyone to stay. Enjoy

Cozy little apartment

My daughter and I enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The apartment is cute, cozy, and clean. It’s location is close walk to beach and pier. My only complaints is the pull out couch bed. It’s not something that can comfortably be slept on. It is an old thin mattress with coils that dig into your bones. The corn hole only comes with 5 sacs which basically makes the game useless. The bedroom doesn’t have curtains so it gets really bright early in the morning hours. I don’t think it’s worth 750.00 for 2 nights.

Cute cozy and clean

Myself, my oldest daughter and her boyfriend and my youngest daughter stayed and it was enough space for us. Although the second bed which was a fold out couch was very uncomfortable so we just slept on the couch.

Beautiful apartment!

The place was lovely, perfect beach apartment! Everything was clean, easy to get to, check in and out was easy peasy, great amenities ( gas grill,cute patio area, washer/dryer, beach wagon) and great neighbors. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!
