The SAN SEBASTIAN residence is located next to PLAYA LARGA, CALA DORADA and CAMI DE RONDA, a privileged location in a private residence with a swimming pool on the second line of the beach, ideal for enjoying your holidays with friends or family looking for tranquility, a few meters from bus stops, where you can go to Port Aventura and its parks or enjoy a nice walk along the seafront along the Camí de Ronda.
Observations:
The apartment is rented with bed linen and bath towels (not beach towels).
The parking is communal under the residence, (space not assigned) a card will be given to identify the car with the apartment, to notify in case of need.

- 1 double bedroom (2 90cm beds), built-in wardrobe, window and ceiling fan.
- Dining room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and access to a beautiful and large terrace with side sea views.

The apartment is located 50 meters from the Cami de Ronda, it is a very quiet private residential area. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend a fantastic holiday.
