We had no hot water the first morning of our stay, the TV wasn’t working, when the front desk was notified the said the whole building had the same problem, they described how to fix the TV instead of sending maintenance. We had to tell them to fix the indoor comp the entire 4day stay, then the issues got resolved. After that our stay was good.
