The place is busted broke down. As I stood in a long line to check-in I overheard the front desk (might be the only staff there) guy scam three guests with different rates, fees and policies. Not as advertised AT ALL. They ran my card despite having booked through Expedia, and charged me for a deposit saying it would refund the next day. Still haven't been refunded. When I call the guy (same one) tells one lie after the other. He is about as slimy as the black mold that is throughout the property.

Check in was frustrating. Person spoke English but didn’t seem to understand English so we could not confirm details or ask questions and directions to our room in the 2nd building was not given and took some time figuring out the layout. Rooms and hotel itself stunk and were dirty. We found a roach clip in our window seal when we opened the window to try to air out the room. Mattresses were worn out. No blankets on the bed or in the room, only sheets. The smell was so strong, I had to cover my nose to get to sleep. The floor was filthy! One of our rooms didn’t have towels which can easily be resolved but my daughter in law and granddaughter didn’t feel safe when they were trying to get ready for the day to have someone deliver them to their room. Check out was good as I sent my husband and the manager who spoke and understood English was there. We will not stay at this property again. We do appreciate Expedia and their help with our change to one of the rooms.

It was a decent place for the price. I've stayed in worse for more. The staff was courteous and i was able to bring my service dog at no charge.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Don't let pictures fool you. This place should be called destroyed inn. This is a very old motel that they tried to slap new tile and flooring on. Spiders in my bed. Sheets appeared to have pet hair on them. Very thin bed cover. Dirty, and broken bathroom door. Not in a safe area. We checked out a day early because the room was so dirty.

Well the pictures from the site do not remotely look like how it is so beware. Me and my Husband showed up and the guy at the front desk said they didnt have the king room we reserved, was rude at that. Finally got it sorted out. The bathroom door had a huge hole in it and the front door had a bunch of knuckle marks. The microwave was filthy. There was no sheet on the mattress just a filthy topper. My husband went down to tell them we had no sheet. Housekeeping brought a fitted sheet and a top sheet to the room. My husband said what about the microwave? She told us she was off and she would bring us something to clean it, never happened. This was a non smoking room but it smelled like someone had been chain smoking cigarettes in the room so much we had to wash all of our clothes the next day when we checked out. We were not expecting 5 star accommodations but we thought the room would at least resemble the pictures of the site and was clean. Oh and one of the lamps didn't have a lamp shade and all the outlets looked sketchy to say the least. Also outside there are what look like addicts hanging out outside. We seen a man sell some guy something in a pill bottle. The only positive I can say is my husband spoke to Frank this morning and he was very understanding on why we were upset. They wouldnt approve a refund to expedia but I would not recommend a stay here and they should update the pictures on the site. I took plenty of pictures.
