Happy Visit to SLC

Enjoyed a 4 day stay to visit our adult son who recently moved to Salt Lake. Accommodations were perfect. Excellent location to mountain for skiing and to head into town for dinners. I enjoyed walks in the nearby neighborhoods while the boys hit the slopes. We will book again!! Oh and the most comfortable beds!!!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay in February 2024. Jessica, our host, was very accommodating before and during our visit, answering all my questions, leaving a very helpful guide chock full of information out on the table, allowing us to check in early and check out late due to airline schedules. The place looked brand new! There were many extra thoughtful touches, plus snacks! Thank you Jessica for being such a wonderful host.

Can't beat it!

We were beyond pleased with our stay here! Communication was amazing right off the bat and check-in was seamless. Jessica, the host, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. This unit hits where a lot of other VRBOs miss.*This was the cleanest, most up-to-date VRBO we have ever stayed in. There wasn't even dust on the baseboards.* The kitchen was well stocked. We cook at least a few meals every time we travel and I wasn't missing anything when preparing our meals. The knives are even sharp!*No gross, leftover food in fridge or cabinets. There is salt pepper but you will need to bring/purchase anything else*Normal paper towels and 2-ply toilet paper. *Clean, unopened sponge in kitchen*Laundry soap, dishwasher detergent and dish soap is provided*Enough hooks in the bathroom for everyone's towels*Plenty of coat hangers*A basket of snacks is providedYou can tell that the owners thought of everything and the little things make a huge difference when you are away from home.You are minutes from anything you need: Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, ski/snowboard rentals, Crumbl cookies ;)You are also right at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon so easy to get to Solitude and Brighton. We obviously highly recommend this spot. We are hoping to get back to the area again and we know where we'll be staying!

This property is very clean and kids friendly.Cabinets mount to wall and little keys left on door frame in case my 2 year old lock himself in bedroom by accident. Hostess is very friendly and respond my messages promptly. Definitely would visit again.

Clean, great location

This property was new, clean, well appointed and in a good location for us. We were in SLC to ski and we were only 8.5 miles from Snowbird so it was easy to get to. My only request would be to have an extra blanket available but otherwise everything we needed was easily available. Would stay there again.

Great Apartment Close to Skiing!

Son and I took a boys ski trip to Utah (first time for us in Utah) and stayed at this apartment. Apartment was modern, clean, quiet and the location was perfect to skiing any of the destinations in Big or Little Cottonwood Canyons. Had a great time! We went to SnowBird/Alta, Solitude and Brighton which are all very easy to get to with this location. Check-in and out and communications with property managers were all easy and fast. Highly recommend.

Great ski trip!

The location was very ideal. The property is just across the street from the shuttle stop to Brighton/Solitude, very very easy to get to. Close to grocery shopping and the liquor store. Great view from up on the hill. Both ski resorts were about 30 minutes away driving. Unit was very clean and well kept, great kitchen! Rooms were big, great for 4 adults. Parking was easy. Definitely would come back for another ski trip.

Great location, perfect and spacious apartment

We just loved staying at this super clean and well-appointed apartment in SLC! The location is perfect for a ski vacation, super quick drive up to the slopes. The apartment worked really well for our family of 4. Our kids are teenagers now and after one night of sleeping in the same bed our son went searching for a little more room - I couldn't find any extra sheets or blankets in the apartment so I asked Jessica and she was on it! Within a short time she had someone drop off sheets and a comforter - so nice of her and everyone was happy. :-) Everything was easy, from the check-in to the cooking in the well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our hearty pre-ski breakfasts. I especially appreciated that unlike so many VRBO rentals that ask you to practically clean their place top to bottom before leaving and STILL charge you a huge cleaning fee, Jessica's list of to do's at checkout is super simple and very limited. Thank you! We would stay here again in a heartbeat - super convenient, clean, and comfy.

Perfect location

Loved this tidy very well located to ski slopes, apartment. It was very new (renovated) with very gently used furnishings. It does only have 1 bathroom which was fine for the 3 of us but would have been a drawback for more people. If I had any suggestions, it would be to have better water pressure in the shower and potentially an exercise mat to do some stretching before skiing.

This place is exceptionally clean. The appliances are brand new and up to date. The location is very convenient for our ski trip. The mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon is a mile up the road. There are ski rentals and many restaurants. A mile down the road are Whole Foods and another high quality grocery store.

The Perfect Place

The place really is spectacular! It is immaculate, well-appointed, and in the perfect location. The communication with the owner/manager was superb and they were more than helpful. This condo is quiet and located within a mile or so of the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon and all the major ski resorts. It was just what we needed and hoped for and will absolutely return. You will not be disappointed and I highly recommend it.
