The property was kept clean and all the staff was very helpful. They had this cool sign in the restroom offering complimentary toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush, my kids are forgetful so I thought this was pretty cool. Coffee and water 24/7 which is amazing when traveling for school.

Frustrating stay overall. Booked a trip on business & the trip got cut short due to weather. Hotel staff refused to help in any sort of way to receive a refund and as a small business this is really upsetting. Was met with rude and unforgiving staff who refused to even attempt to help. They continuously blamed it on hotels.com but when we raised this issue with hotels.com, they were also met with rude staff members who refused to budge. Upsetting overall.
