Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! If you can, ask for a high floor room. You can hear everyone moving above you but that’s not the hotels fault :) Highly recommend!

Not bad, needs friendlier staff

The hotel itself wasn’t bad and the breakfast was decent. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly. And the pillow for the bed were terrible had to order more just to elevate my head. Overall not a bad place to stay but wouldn’t be in a rush to books again.

Not the Usual Hampton Inn Experience"

We stayed for 3 days and while check-in was smooth, the room was very clean, and breakfast was better than expected, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite being out all day, we returned to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When I asked the front desk, I was told housekeeping had left at 3:30PM and wouldn’t be returning. We didn’t receive fresh towels or have the trash taken out. This experience didn’t meet the usual Hampton Inn standards.

Great stay in Salt Lake City. Clean, nice amentiies, good parking, and delicious breakfast. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio because of a wind storm, but it looked great!

Property was well maintained and clean, beds were comfortable and the pool area was very clean. The breakfast had a good selection and fresh fruit. The hotel has an attached parking garage which was great for parking vehicle out of the 100 degree sunlight. Only thing we found subpar was the desk staff. When checking in, the front desk staff seemed annoyed we didnt do the "digital key" for contactless check in, and when we checked out 2 days later, a separate front desk staff seemed equally annoyed he had to come out to hand over the room keys and check out. Hotel itself is very nice and we would stay again, just dont expect a warm reception from the front desk staff, who would apparently prefer contact-less guests..

Our rooms have always been clean. Pillows are excellent here. Has outside ‘deck’ off 3rd story, that’s unadvertised but very cool. Nice easy place to stay. Close to hospital and Huntsman Center.

For $200/ night it should be cleaner than it is. From the elevator areas to the room bathrooms there was clearly places not cleaned. I've seen better toiletpaper in the dollar store bathrooms than in this hotel. 😂 Not a terrible place to stay, but they could improve their cleanliness and quality of tp.

Made the reservation. Called to double check the room was for 5 people and the guy at the desk reassured me that is was in fact for 5 and that it had a hideaway couch. Get there and check in and when we get to the room there was in fact NO hideaway couch. I go down to the front desk he checks and apologizes and said that the person that checked made a mistake and marked it for handicap but that he couldn't get us another room because there was no other room. No one tried to fix it, offer any type of discount, or anything. So one of us ended up sleeping on the floor. Not ok
