Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Hot tub and pool were amazing to relax in and the guest locker room with showers to clean off after was very nice. The gift shop had a lot of cute old style toys and games. The fire alarm did go off for about 4 seconds then stopped and we weren’t able to get through to the front desk to find out about the evacuation plan or not so we took a walk to a nearby store and when we got back there were still no fire trucks or ambulances so we just assumed it was ok. But overall the stay was great.

The room was along West Temple and very noisy. Very old sliding glass doors that did not mitigate the noise of vehicles or the freezing cold. We ate dinner in the coffee shop and it was inedible. Absolutely awful. Chicken fried steak tasted like fish, club sandwich dry and tasteless, over cooked bacon to the point of it being charred. Steak dinner that was bland and poor, hamburgers that had zero taste. Extremely disappointing. The Garden Rooms area is like a maze, there are no signs in the hallways of which way to go. The indoor pool appeared to be very dirty, the water was murky and hair would stick to your hands and arms when swimming. Room was clean but cold, the large sliding glass doors are very old.

The room was clean and comfortable but the TV didn’t work so we had to call to get it fixed. It was not fixed completely because the menu button didn’t work. My husband likes to watch TV at night so this was a bummer.
