I made this reservation on Jan. 10th for a room with a King bed. However, when I checked in, I was told they did not have any rooms left with a King bed. They stated there was a note from Expedia that said I had made the reservation only two days before; therefore, I would need to take whatever room accommodations they had left. They warned me that it’s better not to book through “third parties” for this very reason. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since this getaway was for a special occasion. This will cause me to seriously reconsider booking through Expedia in the near future.

The walls are so thin. We were woken up at 3 am by security pounding on the door, warning us that if we continued to be noisy we would be kicked out. We were asleep with our tv on. Throughout the night we were continuously awoken by people walking through the hallways shouting. Very disappointing and would definitely not stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here if you want a good nights sleep
