We were in town for our sonâs wedding festivities and this house felt like home. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together and be comfortable. Great location. Close to airport. Easy access and near to all our events. Owner was easy to work with, very accommodating and responds promptly. Highly recommend!
This is a very nice home in a nice neighborhood and very accessible to highways. Home is roomy. Beds were comfortable. Nephi is very responsive. Would highly recommend.
The home was spacious for the 3 of us. Dog has an area to run. Hosts were friendly, neighborhood was welcoming. Issues with the information concerning property description. The hosts were accommodating on our requests. Now that we know the rules and charges would consider staying again.
Nice house and neighborhood. Convenient if you are looking to ski both in the Ogden areas and either L or B Cottonwood or PC areas. All services close by. Deceptively big house, great open area for gatherings. We had a problem with one of the appliances and the owner was very responsive and made it right. Very easy owner to work with.
We had a corporate event downtown and it only took us 11 minutes to drive to the convention center. House was quiet and worked well for our needs. We couldnât find a âhouse rulesâ binder like we typically see in Rentals. If you like to cook or unpack your clothes, bring your own salt, pepper, and hangers. If you need laundry, there is not one on site but there is a laundromat close.
Great Location, comfortable, attention to detail lacking
The location was perfect for us and the stay comfortable. However, there were a number of things that reflected a lack of "attention to detail" that were frustrating.
- 10 guests were at the home but towels were initially provided for only 5.
- Insufficient bedsheets upon arrival to meet the needs of all 10 guests with available sleeping arrangement and no instructions on where to find extras or extra pillows
- Minimal TP in the bathrooms upon arrival without any spare rolls
- no guest book that explained how to use TV's, explanations about the home, etc, even though several notes in the home stated to refer to the "guestbook" for more details.
- no furniture nor remote in the TV room upstairs so one had to use dining room chairs or sit on the floor.
