The room was what I expected for the price being so low in the middle of slc. The shower was partly broken as half the water came out the faucet instead of the shower part. I did however sleep well in the bed, and I covered up the city noises with a box fan noise on my phone. My heat/cooling unit smelled pretty bad when turned on, but the room wasn’t that cold so it was fine. No extra blankets, but plenty of pillows for two people. Coffee maker was in the bathroom. Light switches for my main room didn’t seem to be connected to anything, as I had to turn on the lamps to see anything. Several hangers—but the pants hanger was broken when I got there. Front desk staff were friendly and kind, and I didn’t have any issues with parking. I would recommend this place if you aren’t a clean freak, are okay with unsecured parking, city noise, and without a bunch of insulation. I would stay here again in a pinch.

We were snowed in and felt so stranded and it was comforting to walk into a clean, warm hotel that had its continental breakfast still open late at night. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hookers everywhere. Rude staff. Charge us $25 for a singular stained towel. Did I mention the rude staff. Had to deal with other guests banging and screaming on the windows of other rooms and the staff did nothing. Waiting to see if we get the remaing $75 back from our security deposit. Do not recommend at all. Did I mention how rude that frontvdesk guy was.

I would like a refund for my booking. The room was nasty with broken amenities (ac unit made an obnoxious hum, bathroom faucet leaked. The elevator shook and opened a few inches before it arrived on the ground floor). We booked somewhere else immediately after seeing our room, the. Returned the key to the front desk, who did not offer us a cleaner room, or any such solutions.

My room was spacious, very clean, and strangely enough so quiet (if you have your window closed you don’t hear anything despite being on a busy street-Temple Ave.). The staff was so nice and corteous. My only critique is that the exterior of the building could be improved.

Half the hotel was under construction. I was given room #113. After strong arming me to pay a deposit that was not a part of the Expedia exsperience. There was paint peeling off the wall in the bathroom from water damage/leaking roof. Had to dance in the shower to get wet. Plugged shower head. It looked nothing like the photos in Expedia web site. When I asked for early check-out the next morning it was a wrestling match to get my money refunded. I had to go back a week later to get refunded because Expedia could not contact the manager. While I was there another customer came to the main desk complaining about room #113. So this is something they did to everyone, not just me. There was a huge police presence. They would always drive through the parking lot at regular intervals. Not a safe area. I will NEVER return and do not recommend this place to stay the night.
